Wow! That’s a lot more books that I thought. Of course, these are not exactly ponderous tomes, nor are they difficult to read.

These fall definitely in the category of what my darling Steve would call “brain candy” but I’m happy about it ‘cos I’m reading what I love to read.

  1. Great list! LOL can never have enough books. I love the In Death series, have the current one on my TBR pile. I haven't read Dead in the Family by Charlaine Harris yet, must get that wehn I get some spare cash!

  2. Thanks Angela. I surprised myself with the list. I didn't think I had read that many books this year and I'm actually pretty sure I've left off a few so there might have been more but I couldn't remember all of them.

I have a couple for In Death books to read and I haven't even bought the latest one yet - Indulgence in Death.

I enjoyed Dead in the Family but I'm finding the Sookie books to be getting darker as she matures and interacts more with the vamps and weres. Great series though. Much better than the TV show.

I want to tackle more of Lisa Kleypas' back list next year. I really enjoy her work.
